New website coming April 17; important changes

WesternBank is planning to launch a new website with an improved layout and additional capabilities on Thursday, April 17.  While most of the content has not changed, there are a couple of differences we want to call to your attention.

The process of logging into online banking through our website has changed.  Instead of the login form on the top right of the webpage, there is now an "Online Banking" box near the top left of the webpage.  For personal online banking please click the "Retail Online" button; for business online banking, please click the "Business Online" button.  Clicking either button will bring you to another webpage with the login form where you can sign in with your online banking credentials.

As a reminder:

We will no longer have the box on the front page asking whether you want to visit Duluth or Cass Lake.  This change was necessary to allow us to add more features that our current system does not support.

The new website is still being designed.  Please watch this page for any additional changes.
